Asheville Film Society

I happened upon the free Tuesday night screening presented by the Asheville Film Society and hosted by the Carolina Cinema Asheville last week. The movie of the evening, a silent film from 1928 titled "The Docks of New York".

There is a new free film every Tuesday at 8pm upstairs at the Carolina in the Cinema Lounge of the theater and you do not have to be a AFS member to attend, screenings are open to the public.  You can check out their schedule for upcoming films here:  AFS Schedule
