Aww too bad Scooby Doo!  Bagheera has figured out EXACTLY how long your leash is and where you can go.  It really does no one good to strain and bay while that cat sits serenely, purring, 14 inches away from your nose.  But be careful Little Panther, you are so smug in your ownership of the porch, and I assure you the Big Dog hates you for it.  You better watch your tail!
