Peace to you Steve "Roy Boy" Croson

Just found out about the passing of Steve Croson a friend and former client of mine.   One of his tag lines was "Professional musician trying to beat cancer, one day at a time."  Any professional musician will tell you that's it's own mountain to climb right there.  Steve was always so positive. I had the great opportunity to work with him in 2008.  He had wonderful dreams for his Roy tribute show and positively glowed while he shared them with me as we worked together. As a musician he was exemplary as a vocalist, he had the voice to take you there.  Take a moment, pour one on the curb, lay a riff down on the bass one time, for the man who's gone home.
