The Asheville Holiday Parade 2012

This year the whole family got to go downtown for the Asheville Holiday Parade and everyone was happy about it, no loud sighs or eye rolling which has become a new norm lately when I announce a family event.  It's funny how the older the girls get the more they want to do things we did with them when they were younger.  It's kind of like when they learned to walk and they would look back at me every once in a while to make sure things were cool and I was still there.  Yep! Still here!  Me and my "One Big Eye", watching every move.

The parade was great, full of marching bands, floats, dance and gymnastics squads (UAI was a hit!) and shiny old cars, but the big highlight for us was the LaZoom bus! Dang, we love to see those crazies run around, showing people how to have fun and keeping the Asheville Freakdom alive and weird!  Lots of fun pictures from the parade are posted in an album on the CLicKs page here: Holiday Parade 2012
