Friday night was the Sweet Tasting at the Grove Arcade with food, wine and spirit vendors from all over the area turning out to tempt the crowd with hand crafted chocolate, cake-balls, champagne, and more! Saturday's event started at noon with a line stretching out the door and down the block for folks waiting for the doors to open on the Main Tasting at the newly redone US Cellular Center Asheville (or as the rest of us know it the Civic Center). Huge doesn't begin to describe the vast array of food and beverages available for tasting. Entertainment throughout the day ranged from a performance by Sirius B, a mixologist competition and a fashion show. Photos for this album can be found here: Main Tasting
