Yet another epic
Blind Pig Supper Club party last weekend (it's my 10th so I should know), this time at Pisgah Brewing in Black Mountain; a sunny Sunday afternoon with a good breeze, fine folks, fantastic food from 5 local Food Trucks, one Rolling Art RV Project with
Tommy Lee, kick ass music from the
Electric Owls and
the Critters, and a pig named D.O.G.
All of the Food Truck contenders brought their A game to this match up and each dish was beautifully prepared and sumptuous to eat. I said it aloud many times that I'm so glad I didn't have to judge this event everything was delicious! I've set up a link to each food truck's site under the picture of their dish. Best of all the
French Broad Chocolate Lounge provided dessert! Ice Cream inspired butter-creme chocolates. [Drool.]
