Got up to the
Grove Park Inn this week to check out the National Gingerbread Competition. Always inspiring and beautifully done, I like the way they have re-arranged the flow of the displays this year. Viewing areas are more spread out through the hotel which keeps the knots of crowds from forming like they have in years past and gives you a chance to explore the GPI a little more.
There were so many creative interpretations of ginger bread construction; they smell as good as they look too! I picked out my favorites to share.
