I don't know what it is. . .but it sounds soooo cool.  Spotted in the upper story windows at 39 S. Market Street, Downtown Asheville.  If you've got the skinny on this place and it's history and purpose or possibly an invitation to go inside I'm in!  Please drop me a line and satisfy my curiosity.
